4 fast turnaround - good quality - great prices

My order was printed and shipped the following day after I placed my order. I took advantage of the free shipping and received my order in a timely manner. The reason its not a 5 star rating is because: -the flaps of the tray card are not the same size as it seems the machine to place the perforations was not centered. -I ordered 200 tray cards and only received 100 Once I called and notified them of this they quickly printed the missing inserts and over nighted them to me.

I got 2 sided tray cards. The print quality is great. My issue is that several of the perforated spines were way off or not at least equal. I had issues with my order not being printed the same day due to weather & power outages, once I contacted them they responded quickly and changed my shipping from regular to 2 day. I would have liked it if it was possible for them to be proactive to let clients know there was company wide issues that may delay printing.

Been using shortstack for years now and I've only had one printing problem which was dealt with promptly and fixed for free. Turnaround is fast, and I always get high quality prints to make my CDs look great! Not to mention the great prices!!

I have ordered from ShortStack several times in the past with no issues. The tray cards are always perfect - no exceptions. This last order, there were really awful problems - not with ShortStack but with UPS, which really messed up delivering my order. Cal Hunter of ShortStack could not have been more fabulous in how he handled the issue, both with UPS and with me. He made sure my package got to me in time to meet my own shipping deadline, with honesty and good humor. This is a terrific business that cares about its customers and I would recommend it to anyone, anywhere, any time.
